I have completely changed my diet, it consists of supplements, a variety of raw vegetables, and ocassionsal portions of fish. I get most of my nutrients from my total EFAs, coconut oil, lemon juice, and various other supplements. If you need to lose wait the only way is to reduce your caloric intake while raising your metabolism, your metabolism will then stabilize. I have only been gaining muscle though. I also have been doing liver detox. Why? Why, all this?

Nowhere is safe. The food at the grocery store is infested with hydrogenated oils and preseratives. Ignorance of the dangers of this is quite prevalent, as you can see all the people who bought into Atkins... *cough* scam. If you are getting the right fats you won't even want to eat as much, coconut oil is great for this. Then you reduce your caloric intake and you can gain muscle, I use ZMA fuel, a study suggests that it can increase muscle mass 2 and half times more quickly than without it. It's also a natural anabolic fuel.(Zinc, Magnesium, Vit B6)

The meat you eat is infested with antibotics fed to animals who live in poor conditions, it creates weak immune systems and weak people. I walk into a grocery store and realize there is no food that I can stand. It's all garbage. Fish was our best source of Protein, not to mention it's high in Omega-3. It has been tainted with Mercury, just as everything else we eat is tainted with Pesticides, Nuclear Energy, Ground Water Pollution, contaminated metals, it just never ends. I will live without a heart attack. I am determined to live without cancer. I will integrate every possible resource, ostensibly this plan will accomplish my goal. Others have seen results. If this interests you, then I applaude your will power, it's not easy to give up our habitual way of thinking and our "addictions". Look around at the Americans which you encounter daily, they are deplorable, obese, ostentatious, gluttons. It can be liberating to be limited to this. Because there really is no other option.
